About the developer
Al Marasem was established in 1997 and is one of the Saudi Bin Laden Group companies, working in construction, engineering, procurement, development and investment.
As a contractor it delivered projects with the Egyptian government such as the Al-Azhar Mosque development, Cairo Airport, and building Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada airports, and is classified as a first-class general contractor by the Egyptian Federation for Construction and Building Contractors.
It entered real estate development in 2017 with Fifth Square in New Cairo, delivering more than 2,000 units there.
In 2023 it launched Mar Ville in New Zayed, and its newest project is Mar Bay in Ras El Hekma.
