Enwank started in February 2025 with a simple idea: clients deserve someone who listens before offering any project. So our first step is to understand your budget, the area that suits you, and whether you want a home or an investment — then we recommend from projects by 140+ developers.

We work with Egypt's largest developers on residential, commercial, administrative and medical projects in Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October, the North Coast and the Red Sea, as well as New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital.

Every advisor on our team films and posts their own content on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, explaining projects on site. So when you contact us, you talk to the same person you saw explaining — and they stay with you until delivery.

How we work: you tell us your budget (down payment, monthly installment and term), the area and the delivery date, we recommend the projects that fit you from the developers we work with, and then we book you a viewing or a call with a consultant.
